The Cake Decorators' Guild of NSW
The Guild has a membership that spans the entire NSW region with branches located throughout. Branches usually meet once a month at which a demonstration or work class takes place.
As you browse through our pages you will notice that they consist of iced cakes, sugar art, marzipan, chocolate and many other varieties of sugar work.
Please do not feel overwhelmed when you see the beautiful sugar art pieces and cakes and assume that it is only for professionals. Our branches cater for beginners through to the advanced decorator.
Membership is open to all who desire to learn more about this wonderful art. Becoming a member of the Guild is the best way of expanding your knowledge and creativity.
The Guild publishes a quarterly magazine called 'Sweet Perfection', which is included in the membership fee. This magazine consists of lesson notes, hints, photographs, coming events and much more.
National as well as local Shows are held in most areas.
